About Erica

I began my career on the inside of admissions — now I help you navigate it.

I began my career evaluating students in highly selective college admissions, and now I help families navigate the process with clarity and confidence.

As a former Admission Counselor and Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Admission at Emory University, I reviewed applications from high-achieving students across the country and internationally, helping shape each incoming class. Then, as Assistant Director of College Counseling at a K–12 Atlanta independent school, I guided students through every stage of the college search and application process.

In my approach, I help students understand how to balance academic rigor and performance to succeed within and outside of the classroom. A core area of focus is making decisions that align with personal goals and fit.

I work best with motivated students and families who value clear, direct communication, honest guidance, and are seeking a steady, thoughtful approach to their academic path as well as the college search and application process.

If you're looking for an experienced, trusted partner in this process, I welcome the opportunity to work together.
